SBCCO-FRP
We provide custom-fabricated tanks and process vessels with the resin and reinforcement materials(FRP-GRP) selected based upon the operating environment. Depending on the job location, we either shop fabricate or field wind/assemble tanks up to 15 meters in diameter. All design, fabrication, and inspection are in accordance with international standards (ASME, ASTM, API, …) in ISO9001 approved fabrication facilities. When appropriate, our clients or we contract international third-party inspection companies such as Moody, Veritas, ABS, and others to review material certificates, production procedures, dimensions, and product quality to certify that they meet the customers’ requirements. We have over 30 years of experience in projects around the world.

Tanks & Vessels
FRP tanks & vessels are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and essentially maintenance-free. Vessels can be shop fabricated and shipped over the road up to 4500mm in diameter and 200m³ in volume. Larger size tanks up to 25000mm in diameter and are assembled or fabricated on site.
Large Size Field Tanks
Fiberglass field fabrication or assembly is the best option where the equipment size renders transportation impossible. For such large tanks, we generally ship field winding equipment to the job site, filament wind the large fiberglass shells and assembles the tanks on the final foundation or at a centralized Jobsite assembly area. Size: DN4500mm – DN25000mm. If the final destination is near the sea, we can fabricate completely near a Chinese port and ship to the site.
Transport Tanks
Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) transport tanks are mainly used for the safe road, rail, or water transportation of aggressive, corrosive, or ultra-pure media. Fiberglass transport tanks are generally horizontal tanks with saddles. They are made of resin and fiberglass, and their production is controlled by computer with a helical winding process or by hand lay-up for special shapes.
Oblate Tanks
Fiberglass tank shell sections are produced at the manufacturing factory and compressed or “oblated” to an allowable road transportation dimension, delivered to the customer’s job site, and assembled by field bonding.
Insulation Tanks
Fiberglass insulated tanks are specially designed to keep a relatively constant temperature. The insulation materials are usually polyurethane foam. The insulation usually adheres to the vessel in the factory with a thin protective layer of fiberglass or other material applied to protect the insulation. Diameters: 500mm – 25000mm, or as per customer’s requirements
Rectangular Tanks
In addition to cylindrical tanks, we manufacture rectangular fiberglass tanks that are molded by a hand lay-up process. They typically include internals and stiffeners on the outside. Size: as per customer’s sizes.
Piping System
Fiberglass reinforced thermoset plastic pipe system (or FRP pipe) is often the material of choice for corrosive process systems and various water systems.
Combining the strength of FRP and the chemical compatibility of plastics, fiberglass pipe provides customers with a superior alternative to costly metal alloys and rubber-lined steel.
Fittings
Fiberglass fittings generally include flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, crosses, spraying fittings, and others. They are mainly used to connect the piping system, turn directions, spray the chemicals, etc.

Duct System
Fiberglass duct can be used to deliver the gas under the corrosion gas environment. Such pipe can be round or rectangular, and can resist the corrosive gas, such as chlorine gas, flue gas, etc.

Fiberglass Dual Lamination Products
By combining various thermoplastic liners such as PVC, CPVC, PP, PE, PVDF, and HDPE with fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), SBCCO offers solutions for extremely hot and corrosive environments.
Size: not limited to available molds or mandrels, sizes can be determined to suit the requirements of the application precisely.

Fiberglass covers include many different types including but not limited to tank covers, cooling tower covers, silo covers, pulley covers (for protection), hoods, sewage pool covers, covers of biological removal of odor, etc.

Fans & Dampers & Demisters
SBCCO designs and manufactures various fiberglass fan shells and dampers and demisters.
Fiberglass fan shells, dampers, and demisters are widely used for the treatment of acid and alkali, waste treatment, municipal order-control systems, emergency chlorine scrubber influent duct system, air-handling system, fume scrubbers /strippers, etc.
Clarifiers & Settlers
The efficient clarification and filtration system are essential parts of any treatment plant. The fiberglass clarifiers and settlers are designed for superior removal of settleable solids in water, wastewater, and industrial applications.

Car And Boat Body
SBCCO manufactures various fiberglass car and boat bodies. They are made by hand lay-up process, but the dimensions can be controlled within a small tolerance. The beautiful appearance, strong structure, and lightweight fiberglass cars and boats have become more and more popular in Chinese and global markets.

Fiberglass steps are a kind of fiberglass grating, be used as stairs treads or steps. Generally has sand on it for slid free.
Fiberglass stair tread is featured by corrosion resistance, no need of paint, no maintenance required, long service life, lightweight, easy installation, and no need of heavy lifting device, etc.
Ladders & Handrails
Fiberglass ladders and handrails are made mainly by pultrusion process and assembled with various connection parts. They have the functions of common ladders and handrails. Besides, fiberglass ladders and handrails can resist corrosion and rust, are very suitable products for corrosive environments.
Winding Machines For Pipes & Tanks
Series fiberglass pipe winders are used to produce and manufacture fiberglass pipes from DN50m to DN4000mm, with and without sand.
Series fiberglass tank winders are mainly used to produce and manufacture fiberglass tanks and vessels with diameters from DN500mm to DN25000mm.
Mandrels And Molds
Pipe mandrel (steel and / FRP): DN50mm – DN4000mm
Tank mold: DN500 – DN 4000mm for workshop tanks (steel); For larger ones, molds can be made on-site by using timber, plywood, mold rings, etc.
Fitting molds: Customized flange mold, elbow mold, tee mold, tank head mold, etc.
